Pizza Night is the easiest one on our calendar to say yes to, and usually the first to sell out.
Our chefs spend the day on the dough so it has time to do what good dough does, then it goes straight into the oven in front of you. Toppings come down to what the local growers have going well that week, so the run changes every time. Regional, seasonal and sustainable is the rule we do not break, event nights included.
- Pizza arrives to the table in rounds and keeps coming
- Two shared sides and a green salad to go with it.
- Non-alcoholic drinks are available at the counter all night.
Communal seating, a full room, and the same team you see every morning. It is a night out with your town, not a formal dining experience.
